I spent years managing complex government programmes — multi-stakeholder systems with real consequences, tight deadlines, and zero margin for error. That work taught me to think in systems: dependencies, failure modes, second-order effects.

Then I started building software to solve problems firsthand, and I couldn't stop. What began as automation scripts became arbitrage engines, production APIs, and commercial products. 40+ projects later, the code ships and the tests pass.

I bring what most engineers don't: the ability to see the whole system, not just the code. Requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and delivery discipline — combined with genuine engineering capability.
